It has always been our dream to run a cafe.    
 

Originally from Wisconsin, we came to Texas and fell in love with the State.  Then we learned of these delicious items called Kolaches! 

 

With my love of Baking, I decided to try and make them for my family.  They all fell in love with them, and so did all our friends.  My philosophy of high-quality product all made from scratch daily soon proved to create a niche that the North Houston area needed.
